Paul R.Seymer, Sr., CEO and Founder
Starting in 1973, Paul provided drafting services to architectural and engineering companies in the Baltimore metropolitan area. In 1991, realizing that as an independent company his talent and marketing skills could better service the architectural and engineering community, Paul started his own company, Personal CADD Services, Inc., located in Baltimore, MD. Under Paul’s leadership, Personal CADD has grown from a modest drafting service to a high tech computer aided design drafting (CADD) company offering a full range of computerized services. In order to serve an expanding client base, two branch offices have been located in Chelsea, AL and in Cape Canaveral, FL. Paul continues to grow and employ a highly trained staff of technical professionals. No services are ever sub-contracted. Paul oversees the daily management of Personal CADD.

As Personal CADD Services continued to rapidly grow and prosper, Paul realized the need for a steady fiscal manager. Marie Roelecke joined Personal CADD in 1994 to provide that guidance. In order to maintain competitive, and offer their services to an ever expanding client base, Personal CADD became a registered woman-owned small business in 1995. Marie’s expertise continues to provide the company with financial stability on a day-to-day basis.
